About the Brush Alumni Association

Established in 1992, the Brush Alumni Association exists to help keep track of our database of alumni, home to approximately 32,000 Brush High graduates!  We also strive to maintain a positive rapport with the high school, its activities, and its student body. Our officers and trustees meet monthly to ensure that the following projects are ongoing:

  • Assisting classes who are holding a class reunion.
  • Keeping records as up-to-date as possible on each graduate.
  • Sending a bi-annual newsletter, the Alumni Arc-Lite, to dues paying members.
  • Restoring various areas of the school (the fountain area).
  • Keeping the Alumni Walkway Pavers current and in good condition.
  • Awarding scholarships to qualified seniors.

The Wall of Achievement includes lauded graduates and honored faculty members, who have shown outstanding achievements in areas such as leadership, humanitarianism, service to Brush High, courage, creativity, and careers which have benefited others.  At the induction, we also honor 20 to 30 members of the current junior and senior classes.

We are grateful to the South Euclid-Lyndhurst School Board for providing us with office space and phones. As a non-profit organization, we depend upon alumni donations to keep us “up and running”.

Your $15 annual membership fee helps defray the cost of our newsletters, maintaining the web site, providing scholarships for seniors, and funding restoration projects.  Additional donations are greatly appreciated.

Join or donate through the link below. We accept PayPal or checks. Make checks payable to the Brush Alumni Association and send your dues/donation to 5044 Mayfield Road, Lyndhurst, OH  44124.
