SEL Schools Honors Quarter 1 Arc Impact Award Winners
SEL Schools is thrilled to celebrate the first ever Arc Impact Award winners. The Arc Impact Award is a distinguished award presented quarterly to selected staff members who demonstrate what it means to be an Arc.
Nominated by fellow staff members, these outstanding individuals assist students, other staff, and/or the community in a meaningful way and continually go above and beyond to serve the South Euclid-Lyndhurst Schools.
The inaugural Arc Impact Award winners are the perfect embodiment of the meaning behind this award.
Natalie Noah
Natalie Noah, a long-time teacher at Rowland Elementary School, is a dedicated educator whose impact reaches far beyond her classroom walls.
Natalie goes above and beyond for her students every day — creating a safe, structured, and supportive environment where every child feels seen and valued. She holds high expectations and believes deeply in every student’s ability to learn and grow.
Nominated by her colleague Taylor Datilio, she was described as a true mentor, guiding new teachers and sharing her expertise built over 30 years in social-emotional learning. Natalie embodies our district’s core values through her thoughtful decision-making, accountability, and unwavering care for students and staff alike.
Congratulations to Natalie Noah for her extraordinary commitment and for making such a lasting impact on our students, staff, and school community.
Valecia White
Valecia White, known affectionately as Ms. V throughout the halls of Memorial Junior High, is a shining example of dedication, positivity, and heart as she serves in her role as a student support specialist.
Nominated by Colleen Pichette, Ms. V was described as always being there — early mornings, late afternoons, and everything in between — ensuring students have the support and encouragement they need to succeed. She was praised as truly going above and beyond, leading with empathy, energy, and enthusiasm every single day.
Her nomination went on to say that, since joining Memorial in 2022, she has built strong relationships with students, staff, and families, creating a school environment where everyone feels welcome and cared for. She lives our district’s values through her compassion, teamwork, and thoughtful approach to every interaction.
Congratulations to Valecia White for her incredible impact and for embodying what it means to be an Arc.
